ASTERICS kick-off meeting

As coordinator of the ASTERICS project, ASTRON is pleased to welcome you to the project kick-off meeting, which will take place on 26-27 May 2015 at ASTRON, Dwingeloo, NL. We have chosen to hold the meeting on these two days from lunch to lunch, to facilitate participants to travel on the meeting days, allowing to limit the total trip time in this busy month to two days. The project started administratively on 1 May 2015. The meeting starts with an overview of the project objectives, plans and challenges. Also the ESFRI projects will address the expected impact by the ASTERICS projects. There will be a working session for the Work Packages to hold the first face-to-face meeting. At the end of the first meeting day, the official kick-off will be celebrated with drinks and dinner.

On the morning of the second day, the first General Assembly meeting will be held. There is room for smaller groups to hold a working session parallel to this meeting.
